Grand Rapids, MI (May 15, 2023)- eduPARTS, LLC, a leading provider of parts for Chromebooks and other devices to the K-12 industry, is proud to announce the appointment of Randy Hagg as President. Hagg is a 25+ year veteran of the Edtech industry and the co-founder of VNN Sports, a comprehensive software provider for up to 40% of high school athletic programs in the U.S.

eduPARTS has been serving the K-12 industry since 2017 with high-quality parts and services to help tech directors keep their devices working correctly for students and teachers. As President, Hagg will focus on expanding eduPARTS' position as a leader in the Edtech parts industry by leveraging their relationships with high-quality OEM suppliers at affordable prices.

"As schools increasingly depend on technology for providing quality education, especially post-COVID, having access to Chromebooks and other student devices is essential to the curriculum process. eduPARTS is committed to making sure every school has access to the parts they need to repair devices and get them back into use, helping to educate our students as quickly and economically as possible," said Hagg.

Hagg brings a wealth of experience to the role, having also served as a VP with Educational fundraising provider- Entertainment Publications and reading curriculum provider- Reading Horizons. He is excited to join the eduPARTS team and help advance their mission of ensuring every student has access to reliable and functioning devices to help them learn.

The eduPARTS ownership group has been serving K12 and other educational institutions for over a decade (2011) through their group of repair and parts companies. eduPARTS was founded in 2017 as the "one to one" (1:1) device movement was taking shape, and the need for replacement parts, tools, and charging accessories continued to grow. eduPARTS and its sister company, Tech Defenders, serve thousands of school districts throughout the United States with best-in-class Asset Disposition Services and quality replacement parts. The companies are dedicated to the mission of responsible recycling (R2) to help reduce e-waste and provide all students with the ability to learn through available and functional technology.
